Meet yasoon at Atlassian Team ’26 in Anaheim

The Atlassian community gathers in Anaheim for Team ’26! From May 5-7, the Anaheim Convention Center will bring together teams working with Jira, Jira Service Management, and the broader Atlassian system of work.

yasoon will be at Atlassian Team ‘26 to show how Microsoft 365 and Jira connect in practice, so collaboration happens where people already work while Jira stays accurate and complete.

Why you should stop by

If you want to see how Microsoft 365 and Jira work together in real workflows, explore your own use case, or understand where collaboration breaks down today, come by. And of course, make sure to ask for our special swag. You will find us at booth #353 on the Expo floor.

What we’re showing

Microsoft 365 for Jira connects Microsoft Teams and Outlook with Jira and Jira Service Management, so communication and work stay aligned.

Instead of updating Jira after the fact, collaboration in chats, emails, and meetings is linked directly to the work item. Updates reach the right people in Microsoft 365, while Jira remains the source of truth.

What we’re focusing on this year

The focus is not on features in isolation, but on how work actually happens across tools. We show how to connect collaboration in Microsoft 365 directly to Jira work items, so Jira reflects real decisions and progress instead of lagging behind.

You will see practical approaches for:

  • Developer communication
  • Internal service workflows across Teams and Jira
  • Incident management in Jira Service Management and Microsoft 365

Cross-team collaboration stays connected without losing context, with AI as a supporting layer for continuity and human enablement.

On stage

At Team ’26, we will show the same approach in two formats: a short, practical theater session and a more detailed preconference presentation with additional depth and a customer perspective.

Build IT Together: Make Microsoft Teams part of the Jira workflow
Clarion Hotel – Tuesday, May 5, 11:00-11:50 AM

In this session, we take a deeper look at how Microsoft Teams can become part of the Jira workflow. Jira tracks the work, but conversations often happen in Teams and Outlook. We show how to connect both, so discussions, decisions, and progress stay tied to the work item.

After a short walkthrough, Andreas Schmidt (Co-Founder & CEO, yasoon) is joined by Raphael Grosa (IT Coordinator, Claro Brasil). Raphael shares how their Jira and Microsoft setup evolved and what changed in their daily operations.

Rethink collaboration: Make Microsoft Teams part of the Jira workflow
Expo Theater C – Tuesday, May 5, 4:00-4:15 PM

This shorter session focuses on a concrete setup you can apply directly. It shows how collaboration in Microsoft 365 can flow back into Jira automatically, so updates and discussions are not lost across tools.

Key takeaways include how to keep collaboration structured so Jira reflects what actually happened, how better visibility improves handoffs and decision traceability, and how the same approach supports both Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
