Happy birthday, Atlassian Marketplace

The Atlassian Marketplace was officially launched to customers in May 2012.

There were 60 Marketplace apps for sale to help customers customize and extend the functionality of Jira and Confluence. Since then, the Atlassian Marketplace offers over 5300 of teamwork-enhancing apps and integrations to help your teams get more done in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and more.

Happy birthday and cheers to 10 years!

We think this is a very special birthday and a good reason to celebrate. Until today, the Atlassian Marketplace helps teams to customize their workspace with apps for software, IT, marketing, product, design teams and more. We couldn’t be happier to be part of the community of builders in the Atlassian Ecosystem!

What we’ve learned along the way

Very timely, yasoon also turns 10 in a few months. As you can see, we grew together with the Atlassian Marketplace and yasoon has many reasons to celebrate app-powered teamwork and innovation.

Since yasoon was founded, we learned that following a clear vision and working on your ideas constantly works out in the end. One way or the other. Baby steps will bring you far!

The Atlassian Marketplace has enabled us to bring our visions to life, that’s why we congratulate and want to thank all the team for their amazing work of the past 10 years.

Give back on the Marketplace’s 10th birthday

Install an app to give back. For every app installed on on May 31st, Atlassian will donate $5 to Raspberry Pi Foundation, a nonprofit that helps put the power of computing and digital making into the hands of people all over the world.

Try out new apps and do something good at the same time! It’s a birthday celebration! Install an app to give to future developers. Cheers to the next 10 years!
